We're a coalition of businesses, campaigners, and pub lovers united by one mission: stop the crisis destroying Britain's pubs before it's too late.
Why we Exist
Britain is losing its soul, one pub at a time.
29 pubs close every single week. That's more than four every day. Since 2000, we've lost over 25,000 pubs - and with them, we've lost community gathering spaces, jobs, cultural heritage, and the beating heart of countless neighbourhoods.
Behind every closure is a community torn apart:
- Elderly residents who've lost their daily social connection
- Workers facing unemployment in already fragile local economies
- Sports teams and clubs left without a home
- Neighbours who no longer have a place to come together
- Historic buildings converted or demolished, erasing centuries of heritage
The worst part?
Most of these closures are preventable.
Pubs aren't closing because people don't want them. They're closing because of crushing business rates, unfair taxation compared to supermarkets, rising costs, and regulatory burdens that make it nearly impossible for small businesses to survive.
We refuse to accept this is inevitable.

We're mobilising communities to understand what they're losing and take action to save their locals. From petition campaigns to MP lobbying to simply visiting pubs more often - every action counts.
